Here you can find out more about this fall/winter cycle..

We will start on the 9th of October. This cycle we will go in with the words "self-rootedness". We will explore what self-rootedness means for each one of us..and share that wisdom with each other..

So many times we make our worth and sense of safety dependent on places and people outside of us. What others think of us, how present they are, how loved we appear to be, or whether or not we comply with what is the norm for women in our age class.. in this cycle we will learn practice and explore self-rootedness in the healing holding of the circle. 

And of course there will be plenty of space for gentle, healing relaxation..connecting and community. 

If you are interested to join the circle you commit to joining 4 circles (out of the 8 dates). For the first cycle the costs is 110GBP thereafter you can stay in the circle as long as you want and further cycles will be 65GBP.
